SISSONVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) — U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito visited Sissonville on Friday to help mark a major milestone for one of the region’s key employers. Niterra North America celebrated the 30th anniversary of its Sissonville campus with a ceremony that also unveiled the company’s brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution center.
The expansion adds 75,000 square feet to the existing facility and is expected to create approximately 30 new jobs, boosting both the local economy and the company’s ability to meet growing customer demand.
“I was proud to visit Niterra’s facility in Sissonville as they celebrate 30 years of investment, innovation, and job creation in West Virginia,” Senator Capito said. “Their continued growth, including this latest expansion, is a testament to the strength of our workforce and the opportunities we’re creating to build a stronger economy right here at home.”
Niterra North America President and CEO Michael Schwab echoed those sentiments, crediting the company’s success to its employees and community support.
“Our success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our employees, the loyalty of our customers, and the support of the Sissonville community,” Schwab said. “The opening of our new distribution center is a significant step forward in our journey, expanding operational capacity and improving logistics efficiency.”
With the new facility now operational, Niterra is poised to continue its growth and deepen its roots in the Mountain State for years to come.
