CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Former West Virginia Delegate Doug Skaff has died following a fatal vehicle accident on Interstate 79, sources have confirmed.
Skaff, a prominent figure in West Virginia politics and media, most recently served as Minority Leader in the West Virginia House of Delegates.
He was also the president of HD Media, the parent company of several major newspapers in the state.
Throughout his career, Skaff was known for his leadership, civic engagement, and business acumen.
