FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Fayetteville Police Chief T.M. Hogan and Mayor Sharon Cruikshank have issued a statement following an incident at Fayetteville Town Park on June 2, 2025.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department, multiple complaints were received regarding the incident.
As a result, two juveniles have been banned from the park.
Town officials are urging residents to call 911 immediately to report any future incidents, emphasizing the importance of timely response for safety and support.
“The Town of Fayetteville prides itself on providing a safe and comfortable environment for everyone,” the statement reads.
“Our officers conduct multiple daily patrols at the park and through the town in an effort to keep our community safe.”
