CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (LOOTPRESS) – Joshua Wade Fitzpatrick, a former meteorologist for West Virginia television stations WSAZ and WOAY, is being held without bond at the Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Jail in Virginia.
Fitzpatrick, who most recently worked as a meteorologist at a Virginia TV station, was extradited from Ohio and made his initial court appearance on Friday morning, May 2.
He is facing charges of felony sexual extortion and unlawful creation of an image of another.
Fitzpatrick’s next court appearance is scheduled for June 26.
